Eau de Toilette: a typical 5–15% range
Concentration describes the proportion of fragrance concentrate in the finished composition. The ranges in this guide are typical educational conventions, not legally standardized definitions; sources and individual formulas vary.
Eau de Toilette (EDT) is a fragrance-category label. In this comparison we use a broad, typical 5–15% concentrate range. It is not a guarantee of a particular formula or wear time. An EDT and an EDP sharing a name can also differ in composition.
Concentration alone does not determine quality or longevity. Composition, skin, environment and application all influence how a fragrance develops and wears. Try the actual fragrance rather than judging it by percentage alone.
